JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Overview

    • Making sure that all set plans take place as smoothly and effectively as possible; tightening the relationships between members of the Organization

  2. Responsibilities

    • Support and coordinate the activities of 8 departments in HMUN

    • Manage members and their productivity

    • Remind tasks deadline

    • Work with USGs of the respective department in charge, and act as the bridge to report to Human Resources Under-Secretary-General, Director General, and Secretary General

    • Help to build a friendly and contented work environment but also serious and effective

    • Arrange files and documents of each department through the Google Drive platform

    • Join meetings of departments and complete the minute

    • Keep track of Delegates' and Observers’ information; check-in, oversee Delegates count in the 3-day main conference

    • Other incurred tasks as requested

  3. Requirements

    • Proactively communicate and bond with members

    • Good problem-solving skills

    • Understand structured note-taking and organize information

    • Frequently use social media and update contacts

    • Resolve internal disputes and problems

    • Good management of time and work

    • Able to closely keep track of members' progress

    • Proficiency in utilizing office software and its functions, applications to support the management of members, and information

    • Prior experience in the Human Resources field is an advantage
