JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Overview: Develop content ideas i.e. Committees and Topics for HMUN Conferences (HMUN 11th Session) and events.

2. Responsibilities:

   • Suggest and expand ideas for the Main Conference and HMUN’s events such as Themes, Committees, and Topics .

   • Participate in the preparation process for the conference, including writing guidebooks, chairing and training as well as recruiting delegates.

   • Learn and get trained on how to become chairs and crisis directors for the main conference.

3. Requirements:

   • A good command of English

   • Critical thinking and creativity

   • Public speaking and writing skills

   • A sense of responsibility and independence

   • An open mindset and the willingness to learn
