HMUN MOCK#18

 

Note: A Delegation with at least 5 qualified  Delegates will be entitled to a Delegation participation fee discount.

 

• Individual Delegate fee: 200.000 VND

• Delegations fee:  170.000 VNĐ

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

 

1. Payment deadline: 

• All Delegates must make their payments before 6/11/2023

• Delegates who, after admission, wish to extend the payment deadline must write an email to HMUN Secretariats at contact@hanoimun.org to specify any problems encountered. Please note that we will not guarantee approval of your request.

Note: Please bear in mind that the earlier the Delegate makes the required payments, the sooner the Delegate receives the country allocation and research materials.

2. Payment coverage: 

​

The conference fee includes

• Research materials (guidebook, handbook, etc.) prior to the training day;

• High-quality meals and tea breaks for the 2-day conference;

• Logistical assistance (Delegate badge, placard, certificate, etc.) and other utilities before and throughout HMUN 9th Session conference days. 

 

​3. Refund Policy:

For Delegates who have registered and transferred the participation fee for HMUN MOCK#18 but later feel unable to participate, Delegates must write an email informing the Secretariat to receive a full or partial refund of the participation fee, specifically as follows,

 

• Prior to 23h59’ Nov 10, 2023: 100% participation fee refund

• Prior to 23h59’ Nov 13, 2023: 50% participation fee refund

Otherwise, you will lose the payment for your position.

Please bear in mind that your dropping out of the Conference may cause inconvenience to the Organizing Team, so do consider carefully before making such decisions.
